If you are a Workximple team member or authorized partner who connects a Google Account (such as Gmail or Google Calendar) to our internal Ximple Dashboard, this section describes how that data is handled. It applies only to users who explicitly connect a Google Account through Google's own sign-in and consent screen, not to general visitors to this Site.

When you connect a Google Account, depending on the features you enable we may access:

• Email messages and metadata, to display a unified activity feed and notifications
• The ability to send emails and manage drafts on your behalf, only when you take an action inside the dashboard that requests it
• Calendar events, to display and schedule meetings

We use this data solely to power the specific features you have enabled inside the dashboard. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell or share it with third parties, and do not use it to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google data is stored encrypted at rest on our own servers and transmitted only over encrypted connections. Access is limited to the automated systems that power the relevant feature, we do not routinely review message content, and only a small number of authorized personnel can access this data, solely for security, debugging, or legal compliance purposes.

You may disconnect a Google Account at any time from the dashboard's Settings page, which immediately revokes our access and deletes any locally stored tokens and synced data. You may also request full deletion of this data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
